How the airport pickup works

- Your pickup follows your real landing time. Give us the flight number and we plan the pickup around the actual arrival.
- Meet your driver in the arrivals area of your terminal (Terminal 1, 2 or 3). Your driver contacts you by phone or WhatsApp with the exact meeting point.
- Pay the driver in cash, or pay by card when you book online.
Changes of plan: you can cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before the ride. Between 4 and 2 hours before, 50% of the fare is charged; after that, 100%. These charges do not apply if your flight is cancelled or arrives late. Full details are in our terms.
