General Terms and Conditions of AT Rides & Tours
I. Contract Conclusion
1.1 The contract is concluded only upon the sending of a confirmation email by AT Rides & Tours. The booking request by the customer does not lead automatically to a booking confirmation.
1.2 The customer is obliged to check the booking confirmation for accuracy before the ride. In case of discrepancies regarding departure or arrival data, the customer is required to inform AT Rides & Tours immediately. If prior or subsequent orders are affected as a result, AT Rides & Tours keeps the right to cancel the order without any claims for damages from the customer.
II. Fare
2.1 Fare prices are fixed as shown in your confirmation and include passenger transport only. The luggage capacity is based on the car selected.
2.2 Bulky items (ski equipment, golf equipment, diving equipment, strollers) or pet require our approval.
III. Payment
3.1 Unless otherwise agreed, the fare is to be paid in cash to the driver immediately.
IV. Cancellation by customer
4.1 The client can cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before the ride.
4.2 Thereafter up to 2 hours, 50% of the fare will be charged as cancellation fees.
4.3 Thereafter, 100% of the fare will be charged as cancellation fees.
4.4 The above charges do not apply if the flight is spontaneously cancelled or if the plane arrives late or not at all as planned.
V. Termination by AT Rides & Tours
5.1 AT Rides & Tours is entitled to refuse to commence the ride/or proceed at on extra charges only if the number of persons, the number of suitcases, or the type of luggage is significantly higher than agreed.
5.2 This right of refusal also applies if child seats are necessary for some passengers, but the customer does not inform us of this at the time of booking.
5.3 AT Rides & Tours is also entitled to terminate the order after confirmation if the passenger or luggage poses a danger to the driver, vehicle, traffic, or third parties.
5.4 This right of termination also applies in cases of contagious diseases, intoxication, drug use, severe insults of any kind, even during the ride.
VI. Personnel Shortage / Vehicle Defect
6.1 In the event of a shortage, such as due to short-term illness of personnel or a vehicle defect, AT Rides & Tours reserves the right to pass the order on to a partner company to avoid cancelling the transfer.
6.2 If a partner company can step in in this exceptional situation, the booking data will be forwarded accordingly so that the partner company can fulfil the transfer. The agreed conditions remain unchanged.
6.3 If no partner company can be found in this exceptional situation that still has free capacity and the order must actually be canceled, the customer will be informed immediately about the situation.
VII. Waiting Time
7.1 The free waiting time at the airport is a maximum of 60 minutes.
7.2 Waiting times may occur if the flight reaches the airport late or your luggage comes late.
7.3 We suggest planning a buffer time between your expecting landing time and pick-up time.
7.4 A ride is considered not commenced if the passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup location within 30 minutes after the agreed pickup time without cancellation. Rides not commenced must be fully compensated.
VIII. Liability
8.1 AT Rides & Tours is not liable for transmission errors and the consequences of delays due to traffic density, illness, traffic jams, weather-related road and traffic conditions, accidents, or force majeure.
8.2 In the event of vehicle failures of any kind, unless they are due to intent or gross negligence, AT Rides & Tours will arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible.
8.3 AT Rides & Tours is generally liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
8.4 AT Rides & Tours is not liable for any damage to luggage and its contents, electronic devices, or other items and goods transported or forgotten in the vehicle.
